Appointments may be rescheduled/canceled 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled booking time via online scheduling. Any rescheduling or cancellation within 24 hours of the, will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment total as a late rescheduling/cancellation fee. No Call/No Shows will be charged 50% of of the appointment total and restricted from booking future any appointments with Kulture Natural Hair Studio.
